Beth coordinates, manages and supervises the development process from the conceptual design and development stage through construction completion. This process includes working with Architects and Contractors, as well as meeting with community policy bodies to ensure that The Cornerstone Group’s projects meet the goals and needs of the communities they serve.

Prior to joining The Cornerstone Group, Beth was a Project Manager with DJR Architecture, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota, specializing in multi-family housing design. Additionally, she has worked for both Architecture and Development firms as a designer and as a project team leader. Ms. Pfeifer is also co-owner of the residential real estate company Cool Dwellings.

Beth received a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a Real Estate License with the Minnesota Association of Realtors.
