Marketplace Lofts was being developed by The Cornerstone Group, a high energy company based in Bloomington, Minnesota. The Cornerstone Group has over 20 years of development experience in the housing industry. Their projects are known for innovative concepts, quality construction and award-winning design throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. The Cornerstone Group owns the retail component and have hired a professional management company to manage the condominium association.

DJR Architecture, Inc. and Weis Builders bring over 80 years of construction experience and creative design to the project. Their craftsmanship and thoughtful design elements create quality living and working environments with character and a sense of belonging.
Marketplace Lofts is also a collaborative effort with the City of Hopkins, the Hopkins Historical Society, the Hopkins Business and Civic Association, the Metropolitan Council and many other groups working together to create a successful new development on dynamic Mainstreet in downtown Hopkins. 
The City of Hopkins has a rich cultural history and its residents and business leaders have a strong sense of pride and residents and business leaders community spirit.
