Jackson Hill is one of the first projects in the South Robert Street Gateway Project Area. Fifty townhomes will be developed along South Robert Street at the far north-end of West St. Paul.
The innovative design includes both urban-style townhomes facing Robert Street (shown above) and manor-style townhomes facing into the single family neighborhood
(also shown above). Townhomes will range in size from 1,200 to 1,450 square feet. All townhomes will have heated, underground parking, balconies, terraces or front porches and high ceilings. Pricing will start in the $180,000’s.
