The Cornerstone Group, founded by Colleen Carey in 1993, is an award-winning real estate development team that creates unique and diverse multifamily housing and mixed-use developments. Our mission is to provide high quality developments that enhances the communities in which it is located and improves the lives of the people who reside there. 

As of 2002, The Cornerstone Group’s successful development initiatives totaled $97 million with an additional $47 million on schedule to begin construction in 2003. 

These many-faceted projects range from 30- to 168- unit developments and include new construction, rehabilitation of existing housing stock in both urban and suburban communities, historic restoration and commercial development. 

We value our community partners and together work very hard to ensure a project’s long-term success. We are able to gather the creative resources necessary to complete complex projects and look forward to new challenges and opportunities.
