Carey has completed a number of historic restorations, several commercial developments, and for-sale housing projects in addition to her extensive multifamily rental development experience. She is familiar with many financing alternatives including conventional sources, public/government funding, tax-exempt bond issues, and credit enhancement vehicles. Patty St. Pierre has been with The Cornerstone Group for ten years and has 16 years of experience in the field of real estate with a specialization in multi-family housing development and management. She is responsible for managing the design and construction process on all of The Cornerstone Group’s new construction and renovation projects. Heidi Kurtze has nine years of experience in housing and community development activities in both the public and private sectors. Ms. Kurtze has a proven track record of successfully managing the development process for complex housing initiatives and mixed-use developments. Pamela A. Endean, Communications Coordinator for The Cornerstone Group, has worked part-time with the organization since June, 2000. Pam works with staff on communicating Cornerstone’s activities with the appropriate audiences. Pam also works with Cornerstone’s Resident Services Programs at three of our sites in the area of program development, administration, and fundraising with our non-profit partners. Pam has undergraduate degrees in philosophy and theatre arts from Radcliffe College and Beloit College respectively and a graduate degree in theatre arts from the University of Minnesota. |
